Well once again, here I am trying to figure out how so much time has pasted and I've not posted on this blog. I blog hop and read blogs everyday and when time allows comment but can I find time to post on mine. No. Now life has been eating up a good chunk of my's dealt some health issues that consumed almost 6 months. Racing one from doctor to a specialist back to the doctor and onto another specialist. And I'm not sure that I've gotten a diagnosis that I'm sure of. I've barely had time to create anything but did move my creating room twice. Yes, twice. Where it's at now is where it's going to stay as I was told no furniture moving. grr! I just wanted to let those who stop by my blog that I didn't disappear off the face of the earth and that I do read the blogs that I comment on, I just don't post on here much anymore. Take care.

Well where did those two months go?

Well November and December flew by and was super busy decorating the house, shopping and all the other busy work that the Christmas season brings. Hard to believe that it is the 29th of December already. I had grande intention of creating but that never happened, just couldn't fit it into the schedule or other things, as usual got in the way. I did make a few things for the house which I need to take pictures of before it's time to take them down and pack away for next year. I have everything ready to complete my December Daily just need to chose images and have those printed. Got some goodies to play and my daughter share alot of our supplies especially stamps. We both feel in love with the Magnolia Nativity Collection, so we decided to share what pieces we wanted from that. So far we've gotten eight: Holy Edwin, Tilda with Holy Baby, the camel, a sheep, background, the nativity, Edwin as Wiseman and Angel with Dove. So many different ways to use that stamp, so that will keep us busy. Plus I ordered us a few Tilda's stamps that aren't part of the collection. Each year we pick a project of the month, each of us taking turns to choose a theme. This year we decided to do Tag of the Month, so that should be interesting and fun. Plus we have decided instead of coming up with new projects, to complete projects from the convention we attended over the summer that are sitting dying for attention. This should keep us both busy coming up with ideas and completing them in time. Plus we are going to add an occasional project that we both love for our house or studio maybe with a holiday theme. Hoping to get into my "Studio" today. Now that it's complete I have no excuse not to be working in there.

Reading, Lurking and Disappearing.....

So sorry for the lack of posts on my blog. Life has been dealing some personal issues and health problems and the blog has been the last thing on my mind. I do surf others blogs though...have to check out all the fantastic work and inspiration. I've spent months moving my room from one room to another, until I finally settled on the room where it felt right, a theme which changed from peacocks to the art work of Bill Bell and change of colors. Will try to post images soon but heads up...I suck at photography. I am in awe of the amazing work everyone does and your photography. I might not be posting much for the rest of the year but after the holiday I hope to be creating and posting. Have a wonderful holiday and travel safe.

Been away.....

Once again side tracked....

Between four grandchildren stepping up in school at end of term, endless/new health issues, trying to finish my "Creative" room which also meant moving my office/music room to bedroom and living room (which was no small feat and a zillion other things the weeks just slipped away.

Then we had four grandchildren's and son in law's birthdays and grandchildren each wanted to come for an extended visit even though they only lived a few miles away. Summer means longer visits than the school weekend visits.

I am exhausted to say the least and it's left no time to create anything. But I've been busy painting and recycling furniture from other rooms to use in the Creating room, as my intention is always to re-purpose or recycle if possible. And I went for a totally different color scheme from my usual black and white. But so far I love it.

Next Thursday my ODD and I are off the Creating Keepsakes Convention in Valley Forge, Pa, as we go every year and the days there are a welcome relief from the daily routine. Looking forward to some new classes being offered for a change.

Then on my return my room will be completed, supplies will be replenished and creating will be started.

Hopefully I'll post come pictures of the room, photographer I'm not but my son in law gave me a great lamp to use and lights so that should help. Wish I had taken before pictures. Crap.
